Hello Marcus, I have been working at a naturopathic clinic here in Vancouver for a few years, who have an ozone machine for patients, so I have been using rectal ozone treatments on myself many times at this clinic, but now that I wish to buy your unit for my own home use, I have a question regarding the insufflation bags that you sell as part of the bundle. The method I have been using for these past years has been to attach the syringe directly to the ozone unit, and filling that with ozone, then attaching a cathater directly to the syringe and inserting rectally to then slowly release the ozone from syringe. I see from your video that this unit of yours also allows syringe method, so I assume I do not have to use the insufflation bags? What would I use these bags for if I always use the direct syringe method, rather than filling insufflation bag to use for insertion. can you explain the difference between these 2 methods. Many thanks ! Laura
Hello Laura, yes you can connect a syringe and fill that up. it’s usually just a smaller amount but I am sure it will work just the same. The reason foremost to use a bag is the volume. many studies show 250ml and it’s difficult to get such a large syringe. On the other side, you will find many doctors using smaller amounts and they have the same positive results. I assume the NrF2 pathway really is switched on, no matter how gentle flicked.
