How do you set up the system with an industrial oxygen tank? Do we need an adapter to reduce the pressure/flow?
We ship for each country the correct flow regulator so that it fits to your local supply.
Could you please describe the size of the industrial oxygen tank. I think I received something from you that said it was a 20L tank, something like 5.2 gallons. I talked to Airgas, about renting a tank from them, and they needed to know how many cubic feet the tank was? Do you have that number- for the US system.

Ozone deals with all the things that cause cancer. Infections, inflammation, enzyme deficiencies and so on. It’s not a cancer treatment but a treatment against the cause of cancer.
How do set up witj an O2 generator instead of a tank?
Identically the same. All you need to do is to calculate 1/4 into 0.25l per min and then set your dial to that flow.

Hello there, I received my 03 bundle but I am unsure of what to specifically ask for when I buy a gas bottle. I’m in Australia so where can I find what is needed and what should I ask for exactly please? I bought the industrial.
Please go to Bunnings and get an industrial oxygen bottle. No need to say anything. If they ask what for say your husband told you to get one. Check that they give you a good looking newish bottle.

Goodness knows what the courier did with the box as it was very damaged on the outside, but it was so well packaged, nothing (including the glass beakers) had any damaged. Job well done

I managed to get help from someone at Bunnings where I got the oxygen tank to connect the flow regulator, but it doesn’t seem to want to screw all the way in, he did it as far as he could and tightened it with a scanner but it’s still leaking some gas out the side, are there other industrial gas bottles elsewhere that are a better fit for the flow regulator, or is there a trick to getting it to fit tight?
Hello Zara. They should seal properly. I never had the problem before. Have you checked that the little seal has no sand on it? May be it was dropped and has a scratch? It is very unlikely that there is not a logical explanation.
